Terms & Conditions – bk11 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bk11 website accessible at https://bk11.bar, including all sub-pages, mobile-browser experiences, software, tools, APIs, and services operated by bk11.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account held by a Player on the bk11 Platform.
• "Player Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's bk11 Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked in eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable Player Balance.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, which is the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the bk11 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that bk11 is required to conduct before processing withdrawals or crediting bonus funds above specified thresholds.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all scheduled events, promotional periods, and support hours referenced on the bk11 Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the bk11 Platform — including browsing the website, creating a registered Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference.

This Agreement is effective from 1 January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions. bk11 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

If you are accessing the bk11 Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that third party to this Agreement. In all other circumstances, this Agreement is entered into solely between bk11 and the individual Player.

3 Eligibility

Use of the bk11 Platform is subject to the following mandatory eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bk11 enforces a strict 21+ policy in compliance with its responsible gaming obligations. Any Player found to be under 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any real-money balance returned at bk11's discretion after deducting processing costs.
• You must be a human individual. Corporate entities, automated bots, scripts, and AI-driven betting systems are prohibited from registering Accounts or placing bets.
• You must not be subject to any legal or regulatory restriction in your jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the bk11 Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of bk11 or any of its affiliated companies, service providers, game studios, or payment partners.
• You must not have previously been excluded from the bk11 Platform through a self-exclusion request or a bk11-initiated account closure for breach of these Terms. Attempting to re-register after a self-exclusion or permanent ban is a serious breach of this Agreement.

4 Account Registration and KYC

To access the full functionality of the bk11 Platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in promotions, you must register a verified Account. The following rules apply to Account registration:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the bk11 Platform at any time. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bk11 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any subsequent withdrawal. bk11 may also require KYC before crediting certain bonus offers. Required documents include a government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account matching the Account holder's name).
• bk11 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending completion of KYC review. During this period, you may continue to use your Account balance for betting purposes.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bk11 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. bk11 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, however bk11 may request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large single deposits.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be rejected.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional KYC verification is required.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a payment source not matching the Account holder's verified identity will be returned and the Account flagged for review.
• bk11 does not charge any fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bk11 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administration review before withdrawal, to prevent fraudulent use of the payment gateway. This is distinct from the bonus wagering requirement and applies only where bk11 has reasonable grounds to suspect misuse.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bk11 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed basic registration and hold a valid, verified Account in good standing.
• Each promotion will specify its own wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry date. These specific terms take precedence over this general section.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• bk11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already opted in, any bonus funds already credited will be honoured subject to the original terms.
• Players may not hold more than one welcome or deposit-match bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using prohibited betting patterns to extract bonus value, or colluding with other Players — will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
• bk11 reserves the right to perform eligibility checks at any stage of a bonus cycle and to reverse any bonus credit or associated winnings found to have been obtained improperly.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the bk11 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bk11 will not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend a bet after the Player has confirmed placement, except in the limited circumstances set out in this section.
• In the event of a clear pricing error — where odds or payouts are materially different from the true market — bk11 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account balance.
• bk11 reserves the right to impose maximum stake and maximum payout limits on any market, game, or Player Account at any time. These limits may be applied individually without prior notice where bk11 has reason to believe a Player is engaging in professional or arbitrage betting strategies.
• For live sports betting markets, bets placed after an event has concluded — due to latency or technical issues — may be voided at bk11's discretion. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure their internet connection is stable when placing live bets.
• Casino games and slot outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). bk11 does not manipulate game outcomes and all providers used on the Platform are subject to independent testing and certification.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be resolved based on the game server log at the time of disconnection. bk11's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the escalation procedure described in Section 16.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk11 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed and relevant funds forfeited:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human use.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live poker or other competitive games, or engage in any form of chip dumping.
• Match-fixing, inside information trading, or placing bets on events the outcome of which you have prior non-public knowledge.
• Money laundering or using the bk11 Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity. bk11 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Creating multiple Accounts, sharing Accounts, or using another person's identity to register or operate an Account.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour towards bk11 staff or other Players through any channel.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the bk11 Platform or its underlying technology.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bk11 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game content, software, text, data, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of bk11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without the prior written consent of bk11.

Game titles, logos, and related materials from third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. bk11 uses these under licence and makes no claim of ownership over them.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings resulting from Platform downtime, technical faults, or service interruptions.
• Loss of data or Account information resulting from cyber-attack, unauthorised access, or hardware failure beyond bk11's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by a Player based on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

bk11's total aggregate liability to any individual Player under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit bk11's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

bk11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bk11 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account passwords are stored using secure hashing and are never transmitted or stored in plain text.

bk11 will not sell or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or this Agreement.

12 Responsible Gaming

bk11 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices across Bangladesh. The following responsible gaming provisions are embedded in this Agreement as binding obligations:

• 21+ Policy: The bk11 Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. bk11 actively enforces age verification and will suspend any Account where the holder is found to be under 21.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Once set, a reduction in deposit limit takes effect immediately. An increase in deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may activate session time reminder alerts that notify them of the duration of their current gambling session at intervals of their choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and five years. During self-exclusion, the Account will be deactivated and the Player will be blocked from creating a new Account. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may also request a shorter cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) during which the Account will be temporarily suspended. This is distinct from self-exclusion and does not trigger the longer-term exclusion protocols.

13 Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the associated Account at any time. The following conditions apply:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting bk11 support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification.
• bk11-initiated closure: bk11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where the Account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement, where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account would pose a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to bk11.
• In the event of bk11-initiated closure for cause, bk11 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, bk11 may forfeit the entire balance. Where no breach is established, the verified balance will be returned.
• Termination of this Agreement does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination, including pending bet settlements and outstanding KYC requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bk11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — for example, a change to withdrawal fees, eligibility criteria, or bonus forfeiture rules — bk11 will provide at least 14 days' notice by posting the updated terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Players by email.

Where a change is non-material — for example, a typographical correction, clarification of existing policy, or update to contact information — the change will take effect immediately upon publication without individual notice.

Your continued use of the bk11 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and all matters arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute between you and bk11 arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account Username]". bk11 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to a senior member of the bk11 compliance team within 14 days of receiving the initial response. A final written decision will be issued within 10 business days of escalation.
• Step 3 — External Resolution: Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
